Tania S. Malik, J.D., CEO of COPE

Tania is a lawyer by trade and an entrepreneur by practice. Her work has focused on harnessing the power of the Internet to bring health care to the patient.  Over the years, the concept has matured to the creation of a proprietary platform where patients can access multiple providers at their convenience.  For mental health, she knows that creating an environment of trust and reliability are key.  She believes that mental health illnesses are closely related to primary care conditions like obesity and heart disease and has created COPE Today to address all the needs of the patient.

Tania has two children whom she adores and she believes that time away from them needs to be producing something valuable that will help others. She was born in Swansea, South Wales and her family moved to America when she was very young. Growing up in the Southeastern US, Tania has developed quite the southern drawl and natural instinct to bake food the moment someone is sick. She gave up red meat about 25 years ago, frowns at fast food, drinks minimal caffeine, and loves to exercise. She has been a runner, a very marginal tri-athlete, and is starting CrossFit. She is married to the one man in the world who could put up with her. Together, they have a boy, a girl, and a yellow lab.

Gregg Teague, Director of Operations

Gregg and Tania have spent the last ten years working together at Medical Web. Gregg's initial web experience began with PricewaterhouseCoopers and the administration of employee benefits through a web-based environment. In 2000, Gregg was looking to join an Internet venture with a more sales-focused direction, so he joined Medical Web. Gregg left full-time employment to pursue other ventures but has always remained as a consultant to Medical Web.

Gregg lives in Raleigh and has three children.

Pamela Postage

Pamela graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Psychology and a desire to help people. She is able to utilize both at COPE Today! Since she contributes to recruiting, member services, program development, and many things in between, Pamela finds every day at COPE to be different than the one before.

After hours, Pamela can be found reading, traveling, and cheering on the Tar Heels. She grew up in Durham, went to school in Chapel Hill, and now lives in Raleigh, so she is a true Triangle woman! She is also passionate about the arts and often works on drawing, painting, and writing. It is her belief that you are never too young to begin crossing items off your bucket list!
